2020生信分析类文章SCI发表见刊趋势分析(半年报)

2020年已经过了一半,影响因子也刚刚出炉,那么生信SCI见刊趋势还乐观吗?生信期刊分数涨跌如何?是不是都需要实验验证了?
咱们来一探究竟~~~
猫哥在Pubmed中,检索了2020年“GEO”“TCGA”相关见刊的生信分析SCI,迄今已经发现2226篇SCI,其中1794篇纯生信(或仅含少量表达检测),剩下的432篇生信实验类文章,其包含实验占比>30%。

 

听说生信SCI很难发啊?怎么还有这么多。
咱们来探探底,别人家的生信怎么还能发,难道都做了实验?
对2020的期刊,如果按照接受数量排序,TOP10的期刊是BiomedRes Int(2.28分)、Front Genet(3.26 分)、FrontOncol(4.85分)、PeerJ(2.38分)、Aging (Albany NY)(4.83分)、MedSci Monit(1.92 分)、OncolLett(2.31分)、CancerCell Int(4.18分)、Cancers(Basel)(6.13分)、JCancer(3.57 分)。如下:

但是Mol Oncol和Cancers (Basel)几乎没有中国人的影子。
Genomics、J Cell Physiol、Cancer Immunol Immunother、Int J Cancer上纯生信的文章几乎都是中国单位,所以相投纯生信,超过5分的还是优先选这几个。
